BUSINESS ANALYST - ERP

Collaborate with stakeholders, project team members, and end-users to capture business requirements, document functional specifications, and define user stories with a focus on ERP system implementation, customization, configuration, and extension.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where the existing business processes and the ERP system needs to be aligned to cater to business needs.
Create process flow diagrams, system documentation, and user manuals to support end-users.
Assist in coordinating testing, training, and user acceptance workshops to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes by leveraging and integrating the capabilities of the ERP system.
Provide inputs for project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting to the project manager.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role working on ERP systems projects.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good understanding of the ERP modules such as finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and production.
Proficient in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good team player and adaptable to changing project needs.
Fluent English is a plus because the interview will be done in English.
Benefits: Salary: 20.000.000 - 50.000.000 VND following KPIs.
